    Lot 2: Request for Proposal for Website Development Services;

    As part of EPD’s mandate to achieving universal energy for all and facilitation of private sector companies in the energy sector through among others, transparent sector information sharing, awareness campaigns and business facilitation, EPD intends to hire a competent website development firm to design and maintain dynamic, content reach and user-friendly websites for some of its members that are opting to maximise digital platforms to advertise and display their Renewable Energy services and technologies.

    EPD believes that these websites will facilitate in access to sector information by various target audiences; sharing business opportunities and increase public awareness levels of existing Renewable Energy technologies on the Rwandan market.

    Smart objectives of this exercise shall include among others;

    • 1. To facilitate members to Promote & Sell RE Products & Services
    • 2. To help members acquire Low Cost, impressive & effective Advertising & Marketing Vehicle
    • 3. To facilitate members to Ease Access to New Customers and open Opportunities Abroad
    • 4. To Educate members’ Customers & public about RE products & technologies
    • 5. To facilitate ease of access to information through Sector Market Research
    • 6. To increase members Professionalism and their Internet Identity.

    We are therefore requesting for both technical and financial proposals from a qualified firm to design, develop and maintain identified members‘ websites.
