    Background

    Easy and Possible Organization “EPO” in acronym, is a social, non-profit, non-governmental, non-political organization that seeks to empower youth, women and children through four areas of interventions in a way they would feel educated, secured and with improved livelihood.

    EPO is formally registered with the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) with the certificate number 342/RGB/NGO/LP/07/2018, and posted in the official gazette No 25 of 24/06/2019)

    WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?

    Joining the youth 2024 Internship Program will empower you as you grow in this program designed for motivated young professionals. At Easy and Possible Organization, you will gain experience from working in one of the leading organization in the promotion of youth empowerment and education programs,Health and nutrition programs,Environmental program and Human Rights programs in Rwanda and beyond. You will also solve business challenges, develop innovative solutions and learn from inspiring leaders.
    When joining, interns will participate in an on boarding program and receive training on how to implement projects. Over the period of the internship, you will work with like - minded individuals and receive learning opportunities to build strong foundations for your future career.

    Exceptionally, these 2 interns shall work closely on the African NGOs Forum for Youth Development-an umbrella platform that connects all Non Governmental Organizations that empower youth all over Africa with a vision of securing a bright future for their beneficiaries. Having its regional office in Kigali,ANFYD is an international forum that shall put forward empowerment and development of the youth in the continent.

    CAREER GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

    We have a strong culture of constant learning and we invest in developing our people. You’ll have weekly check-ins with your supervisor, access to mentorship and training programs, and regular feedback on your performance. We hold career reviews every six months, and set aside time to discuss your aspirations and career goals.     QUALIFICATIONS

    Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. We are looking for people who are passionate about our mission to serve youth and women. Candidates who fit the following criteria’s are encouraged to apply:

    • • Exceptional and passionate university students or graduates
    • • Leadership experience at work, school clubs, and volunteer in organizations is an added advantage
    • • Background in languistics and communication is an advantage
    • • Flexible use of computer (MS word,powerpoint,excel) and other tools
    • • High level use and management of social media
    • • Public speaking skills (speech writing and moderation) ,ability to communicate with other African youth in French and English via Webinars, seminars,presentation and group discussions.
    • • Fluent in English, French
    • PS: The applicant must be a citizen or a permanent resident of Rwanda

    JOB LOCATION: Kigali, Rwanda

    BENEFITS: Interns will be provided a monthly stipend of 100,000Frw for the duration of their internship within 12 months.
