Job Description
- Manage petty cash for the RMB
- Prepare monthly report on petty cash use ;
- Prepare travel clearances for all staff ;
- Handle internal and external correspondence from Finance unit;
- Facilitate audits by ensuring proper filing of finance records ;
- Prepare adhoc reports as requested by the Director of Finance
Job Profile
A1 in Secretarial Studies,Accounting, Office Management, or A0 in Public Administration, Administrative Sciences,
Management, Sociology, Social work, Law
Key Technical Skills and Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of Office Administration;
- Communication Skills;
- Computer Skills;
- Interpersonal Skills;
- Organizational Skills;
- Stress Management Skills;
- Time Management Skills;
- Bookkeeping Skills;
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
