Job Description
• Develops the procurement plan in collaboration with other departments
• Works with advertizing agencies to advertize tenders
• Ensures the ordering of necessary goods and services is done in accordance with the laws
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
• Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
• Control spend and build a culture of long- term saving on procurement cost

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
- High Analytical Skills;
- Negociation Skills;
- Knowledge of basic business and purchasing practices;
- Execellent Communication Skills;
- Knowledge of state contracting laws, regulations and procedures;
- Knowledge of grades, qualities, supply and price trends of commodities;
- Time Management Skills;
- Decesion making Skills;
- Computer Skills;
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage .
