. Make regular visists to Schools to make sure that school infrasture standards and norms are in place . Develop a frame for managing school Construction work which includes; designing, planning and construction. . . . Produce Monthly or quarterly and Annual Monitoring and Evaluation reports highlighting problems, causes and specific recommendations that will guide decision making for smooth program implementation
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture. Key technical skills & knowledge required:
- Integrity;
- Good knowledge of Education policies especially Education norms & standards;
- Prevailing building & development standards & regulations;
- Building materials supply markets Local labour regimes & laws;
- Procurement law and practices;
- Computer literacy (CAD, Ms Project, Word, Excel and Power point);
- Time management skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Team working;
- Synthesis skills;
- Interpretation skills;
- Analysis skills;
- Communication skills;
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English or French; knowledge of all these three (3) languages is an advantage

Job Description
. Ensure proper reception and dispatching of correspondences.
. Filing of documents and correspondences.
. Holding of indicators of letters or documents sent.
. Control the quality of draft documents before sending them to the supervisor.
. Read and orientate incoming mails to the relevant departments and agencies of the Ministry;
. Check the exactness of produced documents to be submitted to partners by the Ministry:
. Ensuring the distribution of mails and documents meant for partners and departments and within the Ministry
. Ensure the filing of all incoming and outgoing documents as well as documents from different departments of the Ministry
. Support the Ministry’s staff in harmonizing draft letters before submission for signature
