    VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

    La Compagnie pour l’Organisation et la Promotion des Activités-café (COOPAC_Ltd) would like to recruit the competent and qualified candidates to fill the following post:

    1. Human Resources Officer

    Minimum requirements for the post
    • Be a Rwandese or other nationality living and working in Rwanda.
    • Having A0 level in human resources management, public administration, administrative sciences, with 3 years working experience.
    • Good computer literacy and fluent in English and French languages.
    • Be ready to work at Gisenyi.

    Attributions for the post

     Maintains organizational staff by establishing a recruitment, appraisal and interview program; advise managers on the selection of candidates; recommend changes.
     Maintains employee benefit programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommend benefit programs to management; direct the processing of claims; design and lead educational programs on benefit programs.
     Prepare guidelines and a template, in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in Rwanda, for the assessment of staff performance;
     Maintain the staff database on a regular basis, update the past and current staff records, to name a few; eg: days off, social security contributions, business tax (TPR), and other benefits to which they are entitled.
     Prepare and manage payrolls with their deductions.
     Keep human resources management procedures manuals and code of conduct updated and updated organizational structure data by revising requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
     Develop staff welfare measures and organize intra-organizational conflict management and general counseling for staff according to their needs / consent; Provide planning, monitoring and evaluation of the results of employees’ work by training managers in the management and discipline of employees; organize management conferences with employees.
     Coordinate staff missions.
     Conduct, in close collaboration with management, the assessment of staff training needs, develop capacity building plans, monitor their implementation.
     Ensure effective management of the Office.
     Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
