    Job summary:

    This position will be responsible for supporting supervision of all activities in card services and electronic banking by ensuring that operational procedures and controls are adhered to at all times taking into account bank policies and procedures

    Education & Qualification

    -  A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Computing or related field.


    -  At least 5 years’ Banking experience preferably in alternative channels
    -  Good IT Knowledge
    -  Experience in managing and implementing projects and at a supervisory level


    -  Supervise staff in card services and electronic banking to ensure delivery of a high standard of service to clients;
    -  Ensure that all staff providing card and electronic banking services achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
    -  Ensure compliance of anti-money laundering policies and procedures and that tenants of KYC (Know Your Customer) are adhered to while maintaining strict confidentiality of customers’ affairs in line with the card business;
    -  Provide strategic insight that will contribute to enabling the Bank grow the card and electronic banking business and improve its position as a leader in this area;
    -  Assist in developing the Bank’s policies for card acceptance and processing;
    -  Select processing providers and negotiate contracts, monitor processor performance and manage the program on an ongoing basis;
    -  Manage card services officers in dealing with all new card applications, card production, billing and general maintenance;
    -  Manage and approve electronic banking applications and ensure that reconciliation and reporting electronic transactions are conducted on a daily basis;
    -  Set goals, measure and report performance on all card transactions by the Bank;
    -  Handle escalated calls or correspondence, and facilitate team meetings for product training and communication purposes;
