Job Description
• Develop Organizational plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
• Support all the employees in the institutions by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
• Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
• Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
• Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions and Ministry of Public services
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards in relation to Administration and Human resources
• Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
• Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
• Report to CFO by analyzing data and using HR metrics
Job Profile
A0 in Human Resources Management, Management with Specialization in Human Resource, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences with 3 years of working experience or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management with Specialization in Human Resource, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences with 1 year of working experience

- Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures;
