Job Description
Under the supervision of the Executive Secretary of the National Women’s Council, the incumbent shall have the following
attributions :
- Assist the Executive Secretary in his/her administrative and technical responsibilities;
- Analyze and summarize the contents of files for approval by the executive Secretary;
- Provide advice and guidance on issues assigned to him/her by the executive Secretary;
- Identify the priority issues to be submitted to the Executive Secretary;
- Supervise the effective operation of the National Women’s Council Secretariat;
- Make corrections on documents presented to the Executive Secretary for signature;
- Record and file the documents of the Executive Secretary.
- Take note of the meeting organised by the Executive Secretary.
- Carry out any other duties assigned to him/her
A1 in Secretariat Studies, Office Management or A0 in Public Administration, Administrative Sciences,
Management, sociology, social work, Law
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
- Office Management Skills;
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal Skills;
- Computer knowledge
