Job Description
The Accountant is responsible of:
1. Update the budgetary accounting;
2. Update banks books;
3. Deduct the expenses from the budget and file all documents related to those operations;
4. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, Keep the petty cash book and file all documents concerning petty cash payments;
5. Make the monthly balance of the petty cash book;
6. Transmit monthly bank statements to the ministry of finance with the necessary documentations;
7. Ensure necessary declarations are done on time;
8. Carry any other duties assigned to him/her by the Ministry authorities.
Job Profile
A0 in Accounting, Public Finance, Management specialised in Accounting or Finance; Or Accounting Professional Qualification recognised by IFAC (ACCA, CPA).

• Strong IT skills, particularly in Financial software (SMART IFMIS);

• Flexibility Skills;
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage.
